Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as provide tracking information for your order, if available.
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

We do accept returns as long as they meet the following criteria:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item must be unused
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request being approved
Returns will be processed within 1 business day of confirmed delivery and your payment will be credited back to the original payment method used.

You can complete your purchase using a debit or credit card.
We also offer support for Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Printed Items
All printed apparel and accessories are printed within 3 business days of placing your order. These items are typically delivered between 3-5 business days of being printed.
All Other Products
All other products are shipped within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 6-10 business days.

We guarantee any of our products sold through our online store to be free of defects. We will gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they meet the following criteria:
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item must be unused
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The return is made within 7 days of the return or exchange request being approved
